Before you log in, please read the following examination conduct rules and disciplinary advisory. They apply to every student of the Department of Computer Science — during lectures, tests, examinations, and all official departmental activities.

Examination Conduct & Disciplinary Advisory

Read carefully before entering the examination hall

Avoid These

  • No phones or smart devices in the exam hall — even switched off.
  • No writing on palms, arms, or clothing. Treated as malpractice.
  • No communicating with any candidate — notes, gestures, or whispering.
  • No unauthorized material — textbooks, chits, or printed papers.
  • No impersonation of another student or being impersonated.
  • No loitering around the exam venue before/after sitting.
  • No disrespect toward invigilators or staff. Comply calmly.
  • No lateness. Arrive at least 30 minutes early.
  • No weapons, drugs, or alcohol on campus.

Do These

  • Bring your student ID card and exam clearance slip.
  • Study consistently — cramming leads to desperate decisions.
  • Sit at the assigned seat. Do not swap with anyone.
  • Raise your hand to ask the invigilator — not your neighbour.
  • Take care of your health — sleep and eat well before exams.
  • Report any pressure to cheat to the HOD immediately.
  • Keep good company. Bad company leads to implication.
  • Respect the exam timetable. Confirm dates and venues.
  • Trust your preparation. A clear conscience is your best strategy.
Consequences of Examination Malpractice

Any student found guilty of examination malpractice — cheating, impersonation, smuggling unauthorized material, or disrupting an exam — will face sanctions ranging from paper cancellation, suspension for one or more semesters, to outright expulsion from the institution, as provided under the Federal Polytechnic Bali Academic Regulations and NBTE guidelines. Expulsion permanently bars re-admission and severely affects career prospects.
